Lost Property items left on-board the bus or ferry are kept for a limited time. You need to contact the relevant Depot or Wharf. For contact information, contact:
Insurance Claims
If you witness an accident involving a State Transit vehicle or if you are involved in one yourself, please call the Transport Infoline on 131500 for advice. Alternatively, you can visit the 131500 website to record details of an incident or accident involving a State Transit vehicle.
Reporting Graffiti
State Transit encourage customers to report matters such as vandalism, graffiti, unattended baggage or suspicious activity.
