Volvo B12BLEA Articulated - Euro 5
150 new Volvo B12BLEA articulated buses are entering service in the Sydney Buses fleet.

Clean diesel engines - which are Euro 5 compliant - power the buses, which can accommodate over 100 passengers.
The first batch of the vehicles are operating on Sydney Buses' Metrobus routes, and are painted in a distinctive red colour scheme. The buses are also fitted with internal passenger information displays and automatic voice announcements, which advise customers of the next stop along the route.
Most of the new Volvo buses are being built at Volgren's Tomago factory, located north of Newcastle, with the remainder being built in Victoria at Volgren's Dandenong plant.
