State Transit Authority (STA) is embarking on a new era of change and we are seeking graduates looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

STA is a dynamic bus transport organisation with 4700 staff responsible for transporting more than 600,000 people throughout Sydney each day.

This two-year Graduate development program offers you the chance to develop your skills, be a future leader of our organisation and make a difference.

Your rotational job placements will be primarily based in the corporate environment working closely with a team of professionals. Supporting this, you will have the opportunity to be placed in our bus depots working closely with operational staff.

This Graduate placement schedule will provide you with greater insight and exposure to the operations and procedures covering STA’s employees, passengers and other road users helping to expand your knowledge and skills in this area.

Graduate salaries start at $50,455 for the first year (2009) and moves to $55,009 in the second year (2010).
