    Property found on-board our buses is kept at the depot where the bus is based.

    Each State Transit bus depot has a Lost Property office which is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm for enquiries and collection.

    You can contact our depots during these times to speak to a staff member about lost property. Outside these hours, a message can be left and a staff member will call you back during business hours about your enquiry.

    Not sure which bus you left your property on?

    Try one of the following:

    • Check the details on your ticket (TravelTen and Single Ride tickets have the route number printed on them).

    • Contact the depot nearest to where you were travelling.
