Each State Transit bus depot has a Lost Property office which is open Monday to Friday for enquiries and collection.

If you leave a message with details about a lost property item, a representative will contact you if the item is found.

Lost property is kept for 28 days from the date it is found.

 

Not sure which bus you left your property on?

Try one of the following:

  • Check the details on your ticket (TravelTen and Single Ride tickets have the route number printed on them).
  • Contact the depot nearest to where you were travelling.
  • Use the 131500 Trip Planner to search for the trip you took.
