Friday 20 July - Sunday 22 July - Route 418 - roadworks at Railway Road, Sydenham
On Friday 20 July and Saturday 21 July, roadworks will occur in Railway Road at Sydenham. This will require Route 418 to divert via alternative streets between 8pm and 8am the following morning.
Route 418 will operate as follows during these times:
Services to Tempe will operate as normal to Sydenham Station, then divert via Gleeson Avenue, Unwins Bridge Road and Gannon Street, to Tempe. These services will not stops at bus stops located along Railway Road or Princes Highway. Route 422 services are not affected, and will continue to serve bus stops along Princes Highway as scheduled.
Services to Burwood will not stop at the bus stop in Railway Road at Henry Street, and will operate via Princes Highway, May Street and Unwins Bridge Road.
Route 418 will return to its normal route when roadworks are complete.
