Replacement Student Pass
State Transit can provide a replacement for lost, stolen or damaged passes.
An administration fee of $15.00 (includes GST) may apply for each replacement pass. Price is subject to change without notice.
Take care of your pass
It is important to look after your pass and store it in the wallet provided. Passes will automatically become invalid if damaged or altered.
- Do not fold, bend or twist your pass
- Do not cut or tear your pass
- Do not allow it to become dirty with grime or other foreign substances
- Do not wash or immerse your pass in water
- Do not remove or tamper with the magnetic stripe or any trip detail
- Do not leave your pass in the sun or next to a heat source
- Do not expose your pass to strong magnets.

Completed applications must be accompanied with appropriate payment using a Cheque, Money Order, Visa or MasterCard, and mail to:

Allow a minimum of ten working days for processing.
Normal fares must be paid until replacement pass is received.
