TransitShops are information kiosks located in Sydney’s CBD, at major bus interchanges that can provide transport information about bus services in Sydney.

- SydneyPass, Sydney Explorer and Bondi Explorer ticket sales, brochures and information
- Ticket Return Envelopes for faulty tickets. Note that TransitShop staff are unable to replace tickets.
